Ekonomika ani letos nezpomaluje a na obsazenosti pracovn\u00edch pozic se to podepisuje. Lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok byl z hlediska n\u00edzk\u00e9 nezam\u011bstnanosti absolutn\u011b rekordn\u00ed. S podobnou situac\u00ed se mus\u00ed pot\u00fdkat t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny sou\u010dasn\u00fdch firem. Vysok\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka po nov\u00fdch lidech vl\u00e1dne nap\u0159\u00edklad v technick\u00fdch profes\u00edch, nedostatek je citeln\u00fd t\u00e9\u017e ve zdravotnick\u00fdch oborech. St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci jsou nuceni zvl\u00e1dnout dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci nav\u00edc. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee v uplynul\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch do\u0161lo k jist\u00e9 stabilizaci pracovn\u00edho trhu pot\u00e9, co skon\u010dily pr\u00e1ce sez\u00f3nn\u00ed. Bez pr\u00e1ce je aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pouze 2,7 % lid\u00ed. Probl\u00e9m naj\u00edt pr\u00e1ci nemaj\u00ed prakticky \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jindy ohro\u017een\u00e9 skupiny: \u010derstv\u00ed absolventi \u0161kol, handicapovan\u00ed \u010di uchaze\u010di ve v\u011bku nad 50 let.  Jak\u00e9 je \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed  Firmy musej\u00ed s\u00e1hnout po p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00edch. D\u016fsledky sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu toti\u017e mohou b\u00fdt velmi z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, ztr\u00e1ta potenci\u00e1ln\u00edho HDP kv\u016fli neobsazen\u00fdm post\u016fm se odhaduje na miliardy ro\u010dn\u011b. Jednak proto doch\u00e1z\u00ed k navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed mezd, patrno je to nap\u0159\u00edklad ve zdravotnictv\u00ed. Jestli\u017ee se ani tak nepoda\u0159\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto obsadit, je na m\u00edst\u011b hledat zam\u011bstnance i jinde ne\u017e v \u010cech\u00e1ch. Pozice se pak nab\u00edz\u00ed i cizinc\u016fm ze zem\u00ed mimo EU. Za takov\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee n\u00e1bor s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161enou \u010dasovou i administrativn\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. V \u010cR tak ji\u017e za\u010daly za p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00ed vl\u00e1dy fungovat n\u00e1borov\u00e9 programy, kter\u00e9 si kladou za c\u00edl situaci zjednodu\u0161it. V prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na uchaze\u010de z Ukrajiny, posl\u00e9ze se p\u0159ipojily i dal\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1ty. V \u010cR se tak zjednodu\u0161ilo nap\u0159\u00edklad zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Ind\u016f, Mongol\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch ob\u010dan\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed.  Co pot\u0159ebuje cizinec Pracovn\u00edk zam\u011bstnan\u00fd v \u010cR pot\u0159ebuje, jde-li se o cizince, tzv. zam\u011bstnaneckou kartu. Ta zastupuje pracovn\u00ed povolen\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 povolen\u00ed k pobytu. Jedn\u00e1-li se o vysoce kvalifikovanou profesi, mus\u00ed m\u00edt uchaze\u010d tzv. modrou kartu. Podm\u00ednkou pro jej\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed je vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tomuto \u00fa\u010delu maj\u00ed p\u0159isp\u011bt v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 projekty, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u011bnov\u00e1ny prim\u00e1rn\u011b ke zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch karet. Migra\u010dn\u00ed postupy by se t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem m\u011bly v\u00fdznamn\u011b urychlit.  Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b schv\u00e1len\u00e9 vl\u00e1dn\u00ed programy Program kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd a v\u011bdeck\u00fd person\u00e1l  Program vysoce kvalifikovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec Program kvalifikovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec  Tyto programy nahrazuj\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve plat\u00edc\u00ed Fast Track, Welcome Package pro investory, Re\u017eim Ukrajina, Re\u017eim Zem\u011bd\u011blec, Re\u017eim ostatn\u00ed st\u00e1ty (Mongolsko, Filip\u00edny a Srbsko) a Pilotn\u00ed projekt Ukrajina a Indie.
